A rigorous method must support the project, as well as a close cooperation between the company’s contributors and Innovaxiom’s experts.

 

After a phase of analysis allowing to redefine the objective, the resources and the company’s environment, a mixed workgroup is made up. This group will ensure the follow-up of the project all over its duration, of course under respect of a total confidentiality.

 

The purpose of the critical analysis phase is to assess the gap between the initial state and the situation you wish to reach, and the predictable difficulties on the progression from the initial state to the expected final state. Thus, you will be able to answer quickly critical questions like :

 

  • Does the project really allow the company to progress?
  • Hasn’t been the considered product already studied, developed by a competitor or even manufactured elsewhere?
  • Could legal or regulatory problems stand in the way of the project’s progress ?

 

 

The phase of study

 

During this second phase, the workgroup, supported by our experts, check the viability of the project, the market of the product, its competitive, technological and economic environment. The financial analysis is also approached, in order to define the investments and the risks, the required training, as well as the external competence and support the company can rely upon, and the possibly necessary partners (subcontractors, laboratories). The range of the project will be precisely described, in order to avoid taking unnecessarily complicated or expensive directions. Finally, the setting up of a synthetic conclusion allows to make sure that the direction taken answers well all the needs.

 
At the end of the action
Once the viability of the project has been checked, you dispose of a “project plan” which constitutes something like a roadmap, the itinerary to follow. It contains the project’s schedule, with the intermediate stages, the stakes which will allow to assess its progression, in order to achieve the expected result within the considered deadline. This plan, presented to all contributors, must receive their collective support. The action can then start with the best chances of success.
